Buy it!（以下「本アプリ」）は、ユーザーのプライバシーを尊重し、個人情報の保護に努めます。 本ポリシーは、本アプリがどのような情報を取り扱い、どのように使用・保護するかを説明します。
本アプリは、店舗の棚などを撮影する、または端末の写真ライブラリから写真を選ぶ機能を提供します。 選んだ写真は、商品の検索・推薦のために画像解析へ送信されます。用途は次のとおりです。
カメラや写真ライブラリへのアクセスは、ユーザーが撮影または写真選択を行うときにのみ行われます。 撮影した写真やライブラリの写真を、本アプリ独自のサーバーに保存・蓄積することはありません。
本アプリの利用時、ユーザーが入力した要望（例：「緑のモンスターはどこ？」「一番カロリーが低いお菓子は？」）を 画像解析のために処理します。このテキストは端末上で扱い、解析リクエストとあわせて外部の画像解析サービスへ送信します。 本アプリ独自のサーバーに検索内容を保存・蓄積することはありません。
本アプリの利用時、以下の情報が端末内に保存される場合があります。
これらのデータは端末内でのみ保持され、本アプリ独自のサーバーへ送信・同期することはありません。アプリを削除すると、端末内に保存されたこれらのデータも削除されます。
プレミアム機能（解析回数の上限解除）を提供するため、アプリ内購入を利用します。 購入の処理は Apple または Google の決済システムと、課金管理サービス（RevenueCat）を通じて行われます。 本アプリの開発者は、クレジットカード番号などの決済情報そのものを収集しません。
本アプリはユーザーアカウントの作成を必要とせず、氏名・メールアドレス・パスワード等の登録情報は収集しません。
機能提供のため、次の外部サービスへ必要な範囲で情報を送信する場合があります。
各サービスには独自のプライバシーポリシーが適用されます。本アプリの開発者は、これらの第三者サービスの取り扱いを完全に管理するものではありません。 送信した写真やテキストの取り扱いについては、各サービスのポリシーもご確認ください。
本アプリは、次の場合を除き、個人情報を第三者と共有・販売しません。
本アプリ内に第三者の広告用または分析用 SDK は組み込んでいません。送信した写真やテキストを、本アプリの広告目的で利用することはありません。
写真および要望テキストは、解析のために外部サービスへ送信されますが、本アプリ独自のクラウドデータベースへ個人情報を恒久保存することはありません。 無料利用回数は端末内にのみ保存されます。アプリを削除すると、端末内に保存されたこれらのデータも削除されます。
外部APIとの通信には一般的な暗号化通信（HTTPS）を用います。 ただし、インターネット通信や端末側の制約により、絶対的な安全性を保証するものではありません。
本アプリは、13歳未満の子どもから意図的に個人情報を収集しません。
本ポリシーは必要に応じて更新されることがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、本ページの更新日を改定します。 最新版は本ページでご確認ください。

Buy it! (“the App”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information the App handles and how it is used.
The App lets you photograph a store shelf or pick a photo from your library. The selected photo is sent for image analysis so the App can find products in the photo or recommend one based on your request. Camera and photo-library access occur only when you take or choose a photo. We do not store your photos on our own servers.
Text you type (for example, “Where is the green Monster?” or “Which snack has the lowest calories?”) is processed with the photo to answer your request and is sent to the image-analysis service. We do not store search text on our own servers.
The App may store your remaining free analysis count and display language on the device. This data stays on the device and is not synced to our own servers. Uninstalling the App removes this on-device data.
Premium (unlimited analyses) is provided through in-app purchase. Purchases are processed by Apple or Google and by RevenueCat. We do not collect payment card details.
The App does not require an account and does not collect name, email, or password for registration.
These services have their own privacy policies. We do not fully control how they handle data.
We do not sell personal information. We share data only with your consent, when required by law, or as needed to provide the App via the services listed above. The App does not include third-party advertising or analytics SDKs. We do not use submitted photos or text for advertising.
Photos and request text are sent to third-party services for analysis. We do not persistently store personal information in our own cloud database. Free-use counts are stored on the device only. Uninstalling the App removes this on-device data.
Communication with external APIs uses HTTPS. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this page with an updated date.
