Flight Overhead（以下「本アプリ」）は、ユーザーのプライバシーを尊重し、個人情報の保護に努めます。 本ポリシーは、本アプリがどのような情報を取り扱い、どのように使用・保護するかを説明します。
本アプリは、頭上付近を飛行する航空機の検索・表示のために、端末の位置情報（緯度・経度など）を取得します。用途は次のとおりです。
位置情報は端末上で処理され、本アプリ独自のサーバーに保存・蓄積することはありません。
地図上で進行方向を示すため、端末の方位情報を利用する場合があります。この情報は端末内での表示にのみ使用されます。
航空機の再接近などをお知らせするため、端末の通知機能を利用します。 通知の内容は端末上で生成・表示され、プッシュ通知用の独自サーバーへ個人情報を送信することはありません。
本アプリはユーザーアカウントの作成を必要とせず、氏名・メールアドレス・パスワード等の登録情報は収集しません。
機能提供のため、次の外部サービスへ必要な範囲で情報を送信する場合があります。
各サービスには独自のプライバシーポリシーが適用されます。本アプリの開発者は、これらの第三者サービスの取り扱いを完全に管理するものではありません。
本アプリは、次の場合を除き、個人情報を第三者と共有・販売しません。
本アプリは、位置情報や航空機表示に必要なデータを主に端末メモリ上で一時的に扱います。 独自のクラウドデータベースへの個人情報の恒久保存は行いません。
外部APIとの通信には一般的な暗号化通信（HTTPS）を用います。 ただし、インターネット通信や端末側の制約により、絶対的な安全性を保証するものではありません。
本アプリは、13歳未満の子どもから意図的に個人情報を収集しません。
本ポリシーは必要に応じて更新されることがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、本ページの更新日を改定します。 最新版は本ページでご確認ください。

Flight Overhead (“the App”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information the App handles and how it is used.
The App uses your device location to find and display nearby aircraft, show your position on the map, calculate distances, and decide when to show local re-approach notifications. Location is processed on the device and is not stored on our own servers.
Compass/heading data may be used only to show direction on the map.
Local notifications may be shown for events such as aircraft re-approach. Notification content is generated on the device; we do not operate a separate push server that stores personal data for this purpose.
The App does not require an account and does not collect name, email, or password for registration.
These services have their own privacy policies.
We do not sell personal information. We share data only with your consent, when required by law, or as needed to provide the App via the services listed above.
Relevant data is handled primarily in device memory for App operation. We do not persistently store personal information in our own cloud database.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this page with an updated date.
