Readable Code（以下「本アプリ」）は、ユーザーのプライバシーを尊重し、個人情報の保護に努めます。 本ポリシーは、本アプリがどのような情報を取り扱い、どのように使用・保護するかを説明します。
本アプリはユーザーアカウントの作成を必要とせず、氏名・メールアドレス・パスワード等の登録情報は収集しません。
本アプリは、学習の進捗表示のため、端末内（ローカルストレージ）に次の情報を保存する場合があります。
これらのデータは原則として端末内にのみ保存され、本アプリの開発者による独自のユーザープロフィールDBへの恒久保存は行いません。
表示言語の切り替えのため、端末の言語設定（例: 日本語 / その他）を参照します。 この情報はアプリ内の表示切替にのみ使用されます。
AI採点機能を利用する場合、提出したコードおよび問題文脈（お題情報など）が採点処理のため外部サービスへ送信されることがあります。 オフラインの簡易採点のみを利用する場合は、提出コードを外部のAIサービスへ送信しません。
機能提供のため、次の外部サービスへ必要な範囲で情報を送信する場合があります。
各サービスには独自のプライバシーポリシーが適用されます。 本アプリの開発者は、これらの第三者サービスの取り扱いを完全に管理するものではありません。
本アプリは、次の場合を除き、個人情報を第三者と共有・販売しません。
学習履歴は主に端末内に保存されます。端末のアプリ削除やOSのストレージ消去により、ローカルデータは削除される場合があります。 本アプリは、アカウントベースのサーバー上プロフィールを提供しないため、サーバー側での個別ユーザーデータの削除申請対象となる恒久保存は原則として行いません。
外部サービスとの通信には一般的な暗号化通信（HTTPS）を用います。 ただし、インターネット通信や端末側の制約により、絶対的な安全性を保証するものではありません。
本アプリは、13歳未満の子どもから意図的に個人情報を収集しません。
本ポリシーは必要に応じて更新されることがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、本ページの更新日を改定します。 最新版は本ページでご確認ください。

Readable Code (“the App”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information the App handles and how it is used and protected.
The App does not require an account and does not collect name, email, or password for registration.
To show progress, the App may store the following locally on your device:
This data is stored primarily on the device. We do not maintain a separate long-term user profile database for this purpose.
The App may read your device language setting (for example, Japanese or other languages) only to switch the App’s display language.
When AI scoring is used, your submitted code and related problem context may be sent to a third-party service for evaluation. If only offline scoring is used, submitted code is not sent to an external AI service.
These services have their own privacy policies.
We do not sell personal information. We share data only with your consent, when required by law, or as needed to provide the App via the services listed above.
Learning history is stored mainly on the device. Uninstalling the App or clearing device storage may delete local data. Because the App does not provide account-based server profiles, there is generally no persistent per-user server-side profile to delete.
Communications with external services use standard encryption (HTTPS). Absolute security cannot be guaranteed due to the nature of networks and devices.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this page with an updated date.
